Information we collect
We use Google Analytics to gather website traffic data, including IP address (anonymized where possible) and device type and browser information. We also track pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location data through cookies.
How we use it
Analytics information helps us understand website performance and visitor behavior so we can improve the experience. We do not collect personal identifiers such as names or email addresses through analytics.
When you book a ride
When you submit a reservation request, the booking form is provided by Jotform and collects your name, phone number, pickup and destination, trip date and time, and passenger count, so we can arrange and confirm your ride. To hold a reservation we place a $10 card authorization, processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Jotform and Stripe handle that information under their own privacy and security standards. We use your contact details only to reach you about your ride.
Advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to a booking or a call. This relies on cookies set when you arrive from one of our ads, and does not change how we handle your contact or payment information.
Third parties
Northern Hills Taxi does not sell, share, or trade your information. The services we rely on (Google Analytics and Google Ads, Jotform for the booking form, and Stripe for the reservation hold) each operate under their own privacy standards.
Your choices
You can block cookies through your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser extension to limit data collection.

We follow security best practices to protect the information collected. We may update this policy from time to time, and will post changes here with a revised effective date.
